Large Format Awards Shows

Jessica Lauretti (Partner) built and scaled The Anthem Awards (The Webbys).

Founding Managing Director

  • Billed as “The internet’s highest honor”, The Anthem Awards had a mission to join the burgeoning social impact industry and develop a new platform to recognize purpose & mission-driven work.

  • Post-launch, the Anthem brand became the biggest award of its kind. In less than 2 years, they saw nearly 4,500 entries from 43 countries around the world with 13 Special Achievement Honorees including Dr. Jane Goodall, Gloria Steinem, Billy Porter and Amanda Gorman.

  • Other notable winners: His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Former First Lady Michelle Obama, Oprah, Jon Stewart + some of the biggest global brands, media companies and organizations from around the world. 

  • The platform builds community with partners like Ad Council, GLAAD, MTV, NAACP, NRDC and an Academy of nearly 600 renowned judges including Tarana Burke, Wyatt Cenac, Daniel Dae Kim and more. 

  • The awards have garnered press from AP, Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard and more.


Christina Waterman (Connector) has worked across several large format award shows.

Digiday Awards (2021-2023)

  • Director

    • Christina ran and scaled 14 end-to-end awards cycles simultaneously

    • Launched 2 new awards: The Work/Life Awards for people & talent and Digiday en Español (the first bilingual awards program)

    • Rebranded all existing awards programs and redesigned trophies

    • Restructured the prize structure to better align with the company's business needs

    • Doubled the team size and streamlined work distribution to save time and budget

The Shorty Awards (2017-2021)

Operated as Associate Producer, Manager of Marketing & Partnerships and, ultimately, Director of Marketing. In these roles, she was responsible for the following: 

  • Associate Producer

    • Ticket sales, year-round customer service, judging, event seating, identifying and securing venues for pre and after parties, talent relations and launched the Shorty Social Good Awards

  • Manager, Marketing & Partnerships

    • Lead end-to-end awards cycle including category development, programming, judging, trophy vendor relationships, ticket sales, volunteer management at live events 2x per year for both talent, brand, and agency awards

  • Director of Marketing

    • Spearheaded a brand redesign

    • Oversaw all duties noted above, as well as managed a 5+ person team over 2 years including partnerships, operations, and creative producers

    • Brought Shortys to an international audience for the first time in history, producing the "tour" which entailed visits to key markets like LA, SF, Chicago, Sydney, Paris and London.

Over the past eight years, our team has produced 600+ experiences for Apple aimed to educate and inspire. From large-scale product briefings to intimate coding workshops, these moments have reached thousands of attendees providing hands-on demos, tool training, platform deep-dives and creative skill-building.

South Korea

  • Arya Davachi (North America Partner) Production of “Dine Inside a Fairy Tale”

    • Working with Seoul’s two-star Michelin restaurant Evett and Executive Chef Joseph Lidgerwood, Arya produced a dining experience that invited guests to escape the usual dining experience and enter the world of Korean fairy tales. Through a curated six course menu, Lidgerwood brought to life Korean folklore in an immersive environment that was part theater, part fine dining room, transporting guests to another world.

The team has produced education programming for the following sectors:
