everything must have an experience
CAPE has built nine “Brand Home” platforms over the past decade — immersive spaces where people create, connect, and experience a brand’s identity.
Our Brand Homes include
Quirky House, NYC
The Patch (NYC, Austin, LA)
The Shure House, Chicago
Apple Duane Street House (NYC, SF)
Outpost, El Paso
Apple Fitness+ House, Shanghai
These activations engaged thousands of visitors, generated millions of impressions, and drove billions of dollars in value across media, partnerships, and revenue.
We know Brand Homes work because they show how a brand lives in the real world — how it feels, functions, and fits into everyday culture — beyond traditional product storytelling.
CAPE built an immersive home for Apple in downtown Manhattan which started as an eight week pilot and is still active today – over a decade later.
Duane Street became one of Apple’s most effective tools for communicating business priorities, evolving into a dynamic six-floor space featuring:
FLEXIBLE BRAND ENVIRONMENTS
Including modular demonstration zones, adaptable lighting, sound, scent, and visual systems.
CREATIVE PRODUCTION CAPABILTIES
Offering recording studios, editing rooms, listening lounges, iPhone photography studios, and collaborative spaces.
We welcomed the world’s top press, business leaders, artists, developers, cultural figures, and key Apple teams in intimate, high-touch settings.
Over the years, Duane Street has hosted hundreds of media briefings, product demos, workshops, and B2B sessions, and also served as a testing ground for early AR and VR technologies.
Duane Street became Apple’s most adaptable strategic space — and the brand’s true home in New York.
Additional impact:
CAPE created the blueprint for the modern Brand Home with The Patch, a pop-up residence for Sour Patch Kids in LA, Austin, and Brooklyn.
The Patch offered musicians a place to stay, create, and connect with fans through intimate house concerts — becoming a cultural incubator for rising artists.
We hosted Billie Eilish, Halsey, G-Eazy, Toro y Moi and hundreds more before they reached mainstream audiences, amplifying a wave of emerging talent.
In its first year, The Patch contributed to Sour Patch Kids becoming the fastest-growing candy brand in America, eventually tripling YoY sales.
