Duane Street became Apple’s most adaptable strategic space — and the brand’s true home in New York.
CAPE built an immersive home for Apple in downtown Manhattan which started as an eight week pilot and is still active today – over a decade later.
Duane Street became one of Apple’s most effective tools for communicating business priorities, evolving into a dynamic six-floor space featuring:

Over the years, Duane Street has hosted hundreds of media briefings, product demos, workshops, and B2B sessions, and also served as a testing ground for early AR and VR technologies.
